the extent of alcohol and drug use in the community;

extent of alcoholism and drug dependency in the community;
o to reduce the
incidence of problems experienced by society due to abuse and addiction.
The Council serves the 5-County
Central Finger Lakes Region:
Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Wayne and Yates Counties
1,500 Americans DIE
because of Tobacco, Alcohol and other Drug Abuse
and many thousands more find themselves
in hospitals, mental institutions, and jail.

workplace and community. With this, 12-Step groups often offer a pathway
of hope and help for both the alcoholic or the families and friends of
